PRIVATE: 60 mins |  $240 + travel surcharge for distance exceeding 30min from Reservoir ($120 hour travel rate)

NDIS: 60 mins |  $180 + travel surcharge as per NDIS rates (regional and city)

Support at Home Program Fees (previously known as Home Care Package)

You don’t need a doctor’s referral to access private full fee paying physiotherapy services.

Private Health Insurance (via reimbursement)

  • Private health insurance with extra covers may cover partially or fully the cost of physiotherapy sessions listed above. This will depend of your level of cover, please check your cover details with your provider prior to any appointments. The invoice for the physiotherapy session should be paid in full on the date of service provided.

NDIS

  • NDIS participants with funds dedicated to physiotherapy sessions are fully covered for their treatment sessions and reports with no gap payment required. Please submit to us the details of your

  • Self-managed participants: you will be responsible for the full payment of our private fees and then will seek reimbursement through NDIS

  • Plan-managed participants: We will send our invoice for the physiotherapy services provided to you directly to your plan manager.

  • NDIS managed participants: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept these participants at this stage.

Support at Home Program (previously known as Home Care Packages)

  • If you are over the age of 65 years old or First Nations people aged over 50 years old, you may be entitled to a Support at Home Program funding. Please contact your Support at Home Program provider and ask if you have funds available to access our physiotherapy services without off the pocket expenses.

DVA

  • DVA Gold card holders are fully subsided for their physiotherapy sessions.

  • Please make an appointment with your GP to discuss your case and to complete a DVA Referral to Allied Health Services and ask your GP to refer you to Victorian Physio & Health Services.
