Your Consent and how we use your information
By becoming a patient with us and completing our intake forms, you’re agreeing to let us collect and manage your information in line with our services. We only gather what’s relevant to support your treatment and recovery. Any information you share is used solely to help us deliver quality healthcare. Your details won’t be shared beyond what’s necessary for your treatment, unless you give us permission or we’re required to do so by law. We often communicate with your consent with other health professionals including for example your GP. This guarantees consistency and continuity of care.
Please note that email is best for simple matters like booking requests or general questions. Please avoid sending personal or sensitive information this way, as email is not a secure method of communication.

What We Collect & Why
We only collect personal details that are essential for delivering our services—such as when you book an appointment or attend a consultation. This can include general contact information and health-related details needed to support your care.
If we need to collect sensitive information, it’s always done with discretion and, where required, with your permission—unless the law requires otherwise.
